ATTN: The main stair tower entrance to our building is open but still under construction. Please use caution. Unfortunately, the elevator is not in service yet. For handicap accessibility, please use the ramp entrance on Delburg St., on the back side of the building. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the project completed very soon.

Health Bulletin - COVID-19

Today Governor Cooper's Stay at Home Order expires and Phase 2 of Reopening our State begins

While we are optimistic that the situation will continue in a forward direction, please know that the protocols implemented to keep the community and our staff as safe as possible will continue until further notice.

The following protocols remain in place:

  • Our office is open for business. To prevent the potential spread of COVID-19, we are still limiting in person office visits to only those deemed necessary.
  • We are continuing to practice social distancing and asking visitors and staff to wear masks while interacting.
  • We continue to disinfect common areas and surfaces multiple times a day as well as before and after interaction with non-office personnel.

The health and well-being of our community and staff are at the core of all that The McIntosh Law Firm does.

We continue to provide our services via phone, email, or video conferencing. You may continue to contact our attorneys and staff via phone or email as usual. Our office phone number is 704-892-1699 and email addresses are available on our website, www.McIntoshLawFirm.com

We urge you to continue following the recommendations of local authorities and stay informed about this evolving situation.

For more information on COVID-19, review a fact sheet provided by the NC DHHS and direct questions to the COVID-19 Citizen Hotline (1-866-462-3821).
