Regina Swinea joined the McIntosh Law Firm, P.C. in January, 2009 bringing with her over twenty years of experience at a premier Charlotte law firm. She has lived in the Lake Norman area since 1996. Regina values the opportunity to offer her legal expertise to this community she calls home with her husband, a local business owner, and three children. Regina received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983, where she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor in 1986. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since 1986, and was a judicial clerk on The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 1987-1988. In 1990, Regina was a visiting attorney and lecturer on enforcement of foreign judgments with a firm in London, England. Regina is a member of the firm’s Business Law and Litigation Team.
