Attorney Rachel Garcia has joined The McIntosh Law Firm, offering legal services in the area of civil litigation focusing on business matters and personal injury. Rachel has successfully represented clients and companies prosecuting and defending catastrophic losses, including serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Rachel comes to The McIntosh Law Firm from the Chicago area where she was an attorney in private practice, as well as with the Attorney General’s Office the Chicago Board of Education. She graduated from Indiana University in 2003 and earned her law degree from DePaul College of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts. Her professional affiliations include the North Carolina State Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, Charlotte Women Attorneys and the American Bar Association.
